LuminOre® Training Program For Sprayable Metal Systems

Once your company decides to use LuminOre, two people of your choice will attend the hands on training where they will learn:

  • Proper surface preparation
  • How to apply LuminOre®
  • How to polish LuminOre®
  • Trouble shooting
  • How to finish LuminOre®

What to expect when you come for a workshop:

  • Pre class interview allows you to define your objectives so we can assist you from inception to completion with the proper LuminOre® application techniques.
    .
  • Question and answer session and then preparation of pieces to be sprayed with LuminOre®. Sealing of porous pieces with appropriate primer, sandblasting and fixing surface faults. (LuminOre® will reproduce very fine detail including blemishes).

  • We then show you how to mix our metal granules, polymer resin binder and catalyst accordingly to the different metal mixing ratios.
    .
  • You will learn how to spray and cast our product as well as clean the spray gun and molds.
    .
  • Upon the curing process, you will learn how to finish your project with a wide variety of achievable appearances, meaning you will receive an explanation of how you may achieve high or low polishes, as well as antiquing, patina and textured surfaces.
    .
  • This entire process is hands on and you will have every opportunity to practice and ask questions throughout the course.

  • You will receive a free LuminOre® Training Manual and Trouble Shooting Guide
    .
  • All material used while at our facility are included in the course cost. Samples you make while here are yours to keep and take home with you.
